Josh enjoys watching "Cake Boss" on TLC with the girls and I. A couple of days ago he announced to me that for his birthday he wanted a cake with "fondant" and "ganache"... I must have appeared surprised because he quickly explained that "Ganache is chocolate, mom!" Love that boy!

My little cousin just cracks me up. Seriously. I'm hoping I can come out to the reunion this summer for several reasons, and hanging out with Josh is one of them.
Too funny :P you can tell Josh that I too would like a brilliant cake covered in fondant and ganache maybe some rice cereal treats made into some cool thing :)
